The Tras Extended Warranty Program provides comprehensive coverage for mechanical and electrical breakdowns, ensuring peace of mind for vehicle owners.

1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM30,000
2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000

Plan B

1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000
2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM75,000

Other Models

(Mitsubishi, Audi and Volkswagen)

1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000

2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM100,000

Cost

Repair or replacement costs (including labour) for covered components due to mechanical or electircal breakdown.

Duration

Coverage period is available for 1 year or 2 years upon expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Eligibility

All new vehicles (except Electronic Vehicle).

Waiting Period

Immediate coverage upon activation.

Kindly visit any of our Authorised Service Centres to initiate your claim.

Diagnosis

Step 2:

Diagnosis & Approval

The Service Centre will diagnose the issue, get approval and proceed with repair or replacement of covered parts.

Collect

Step 3:

Vehicle Collection

Collect your vehicle after the repair or replacement work has completed.

To ensure quality service, repairs must be carried out at an Authorized Service Centre. Find the nearest service centre by contacting our customer service team or referring to the list provided here.

Terms & Conditions

Key Conditions:

  • The vehicle must be serviced as per the manufacturer’s recommended schedule at an Authorized Service Centre.
  • Maintenance records must be kept and presented in the event of a claim.
  • Coverage is valid only within Malaysia.
  • Warranty coverage does not include wear & tear items, routine maintenance, or modifications beyond the manufacturer’s specifications.
  • Claims cannot exceed the maximum claim liability stated in the policy.
