The Tras Extended Warranty Program provides comprehensive coverage for mechanical and electrical breakdowns, ensuring peace of mind for vehicle owners.
Coverages Include:
Plan A
1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM30,000
2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000
Plan B
1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000
2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM75,000
1-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM50,000
2-Year Plan: Coverage up to RM100,000
Repair or replacement costs (including labour) for covered components due to mechanical or electircal breakdown.
Coverage period is available for 1 year or 2 years upon expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty.
All new vehicles (except Electronic Vehicle).
Immediate coverage upon activation.

This extended warranty product is underwritten by The Pacific Insurance Berhad, with Autzen Marketing Sdn Bhd as the appointed TPA managing this program under its brand Chillax2u.com.
Kindly visit any of our Authorised Service Centres to initiate your claim.
The Service Centre will diagnose the issue, get approval and proceed with repair or replacement of covered parts.
Collect your vehicle after the repair or replacement work has completed.
